Wendy Lawton has been delighting doll collectors with her porcelain doll designs for more than twenty years, founding what is now the Lawton Doll Company in 1983. Collectors around the world have been faithfully adding Lawton Dolls to their collections since then. Several Lawton Doll Company dolls reside in museum collections.

     But Wendy Lawton insists that even more important than the doll itself is the story behind the doll. Take, for example, Alice in Wonderland. Over the years Wendy Lawton has created three different limited edition dolls of Alice.
